For maximum speed (~30 seconds per document) you need an NVIDIA GPU with at least 16GB VRAM, such as an RTX 3090 or 4090. But DataUnchain also works in CPU mode on a regular PC — it's slower (3-5 minutes per document) but perfectly functional for low volumes. During the Early Adopter program we assess the right configuration for your specific volume.
Yes. Once installed, DataUnchain needs no internet connection to operate. Our extraction pipeline — built on an open-weight vision model running inside a proprietary validation pipeline — runs entirely on your local machine. The only time an internet connection is needed is for the initial software and model download. After that, it works fully air-gapped.
You decide. If the product has delivered, you can subscribe to the annual licence at a discounted rate — locked forever as an early adopter. If you don't want to continue, I uninstall everything at no cost and no penalty. The data you've processed stays yours — it was always on your machine.

Unlike traditional OCR, our vision pipeline reads the document the way a human eye would — understanding the layout, tables, and field positions. If the confidence score is low, the document doesn't go automatically to the ERP but enters the human review queue in the dashboard. Wrong data never reaches your system.
